Share Your Photos
iRelay provides 2 way photo sharing. Each user selects the photos they want to exchange and then view them simultaneously.
You select as few or as many photos as you like, to share with your friends iPhone. You can start sharing with as few as 5 touches.
iRelay provides multiple user connections. You can start any number of sharing connections without disconnecting any of your friends.
Transferring Photos
With iRelay the photos you view are the photos that are being saved to your iPhone/iPod Touch. You have complete control over which photos are transferred by viewing only selected photos or viewing all the photos.
You can also transfer photos by selecting them from the thumbnail view. With a long press you will start the download; a spinner shows you the transfer has started, an icon appears when the transfer is complete and the photo has been saved.
You always know who you have shared photos with. Photos you receive from friends are automatically grouped together in a collection with the name of your friends iPhone/iPod Touch.
While a friend is viewing your photos, you can continue to use all the other features of iRelay.
By synching with iTunes You transfer photos to the iPhone Photos app for access by iRelay. This works great for your personal photos, but what if a friend wants to transfer the photos on their computer to you? What if your photos are on multiple computers?
With iRelay you or your friends transfer photos to the iRelay downloads folder using FTP from any computer on your network. There are very easy to use, free, FTP applications available for the Mac and the PC that support drag and drop transfers.
You can transfer any photos from your downloads folder to your PC using FTP.

You have hundreds or even thousands of photos on your iPhone. With iRelay you select your favorite photos and group them into collections for easy viewing and sharing.
Your collections can include photos from the camera roll, the Photos app library, your downloads folder and the photos you receive by sharing with friends that use iRelay. You can even add photos from collections you've created in iRelay.
Collections are more than just a way to group your photos. A photo can belong to any number of collections. iRelay does this without creating any copies of your photos, saving space on your device.
You update a collection by; selecting one or more photos from a thumbnail view, adding all photos while in a thumbnail view, or a single photo while in the photo viewer that is built in to iRelay.
You can easily remove photos from a collection by selecting the action button in the photo viewer that is built into iRelay. When you delete a photo from a collection, or the entire collection, only the reference to the photo is removed not the actual photo.
Arrange your collections in the order that is most familiar to you. By using the edit reorder controls you place your collection in the table wherever you choose.
Downloads and Friend Connections are special collections. When you delete from, or delete the entire collection, the photos are also deleted from your iPhone. A new downloads folder is created the next time you FTP photos to iRelay.
