SNMPmon IPA 5.3.0 iPhone iPod Touch iPad Download

Description:

SNMPmon allows you to monitor SNMP-capable devices.

Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is used in network management systems to monitor network-attached devices. SNMP is one of the most widely used, if not the most widely-used network management protocol.

Several routers, WiFi access points, switches, printers, ip cameras, ip phones support SNMP. Computers running Windows, MacOSX, Aix, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, VMware ESX also support SNMP but usually the service needs to be configured and enabled.

SNMPmon uses SNMP v1, v2c or v3 to communicate with devices and retrieve information based on RFC MIBs.

The following information can be retrieved and displayed:

- System contact
- Network interfaces
- Routing table
- Arp table
- TCP connections
- UDP listeners
- File systems
- Printer
- Digium's Asterisk
- VMware ESX 4

SNMP walk can be used to retrieve a subtree of management values that is displayed in raw format.

SNMPmon can also monitor network interface throughput from different devices simultaneously and optionaly display a graph.

With iPhone/iPod firmware 3.0 and above, retrieved information can be transmitted as email attachment.

Note: a WiFi or 3G/EDGE connection is required.
