Clipboard Manager and History is an app for the iPhone & iPod Touch that allows you to organize all of your copied texts and urls in one location. You can browse all your copied information by date created and quickly paste them into another application. It's a simple but useful app that has some drawbacks as well.
Once text is pasted into the app, they are there permanently unless you manually delete each one.
