Emoji Emoticons™ will allow you access to the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch emoticons.
The Emoji keyboard gives you access to over 460 emoticons that can be used in any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch application, such as SMS, E-Mail, Notes, Contacts, Safari and Calendar.

Press the Enable button in the application. After activating the keyboard go to:

Add New Keyboard... > Emoji.
You will now be able to use the emoticons by pressing the globe icon on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch keyboard.

Japanese and turn the Emoji switch to ON.
